Our quilters are mostly professional quilters doing it on a full time basis at the convenience of their homes. They are mostly housewives that do their quilting after finishing their household chores when their husband goes to work in the morning. In some cases, this is done as a husband and wife team or the husband may even be a more efficient quilter than the wife is. To make sure that we keep the high standards of our quilts, we are very particular in utilizing the services of only highly qualified quilters. Edna regularly goes to Hawaii and the mainland USA to attend quilting lessons and to keep herself abreast with the latest developments in quilting. She makes sure that these are passed on to her quilters. It is this continuous research and development and our relationship that we have with our quilters that makes us known for our high quality hand quilted bedspreads.
